Overview

GDPR is a new EU regulation covering data protection and stands for General Data Protection Regulation. It will come into force on 25 May 2018 and replaces our current Data Protection Act 1998 and the Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.


This GDPR course will provide a clear explanation of the new regulation in easy to understand language, the implications of the new rules and what early years providers need to do to be compliant with the new legislation.


This session will be be delivered by a National Day Nurseries Association tutor.
