So often managers indicate that they find it challenging to hold important conversations with difficult people. It’s better to think about the conversation being difficult rather than the person as this means that we can do something about it.
The aim of this half day workshop is to provide practical tools and techniques to support participants around courageous conversations – those conversations with staff or parents that people tend to shy away from having, that cause them a lot of stress or that they may handle inappropriately. Much of this is about confidence building.
Attracting enough customers to your Early Years business is not a one off exercise so providers need to have a well thought through marketing plan that will ensure key messages are communicated cost effectively with parents. Increasingly this means using a blended approach to marketing, by including in that plan a range of digital marketing methods, like social media, alongside more traditional methods.
The aim of this half day workshop is to enable providers to construct a marketing plan to meet their current and future marketing needs. You will come away from this workshop with a marketing plan that incorporates the use of social media, and with an understanding of the steps involved in setting up and using a Facebook Business Page effectively.
